Izami Florist are wonderful and their customer service is great. Firstly I made a mistake with the delivery address my fault entirely and they rectified it by a call and the flowers were delivered on the day I had requested. I really appreciate that availability of flowers is key but there were no roses which I know are available that was one of the reasons I chose that arrangement as she loves roses and also for the quirky twigs which again were not in the arrangement and in all honesty it was not a blaze of colour. I do say again you are a wonderful company and I will use again even with this hiccup
