I ordered my mum an arrangement that unfortunately was muddled with another one (which was beautiful, but not quite right). The Izami Florist team immediately acknowledged the error and sent her the one originally ordered. I was so impressed with the way they dealt with the issue, as well as the beautiful and unique bouquets of flowers, filled with unusual blooms and arranged so creatively. Top marks from me!

Thank you for delivering on the day requested and giving my friend a birthday surprise. The succulents had seemingly multiplied and were not a symmetrical three as in the catalogue but now a cosy array of many . In any case my friend appreciated them and they look strong and pretty .
