Appearance: Deep, dark magenta with purple hues.
Nose: Abundance of black fruit with hints of cherry, raspberry and spices.
Palate: Full bodies, yet smooth, succulent and extremely well balanced. This distinguished wine offers soft tannins and seductive flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and raspberry with hints of cocoa and spices with a velvety finish.
Food recommendations: Mischa Merlot drinks extremely well on its own. It also pairs well with most foods, but especially well with foods such as blackened salmon, Italian pastas or bakes, lamb burgers, spicy dishes, and medium flavoured hard cheese and chocolate mousse.
